In the everyday hustle and bustle of business, I sometimes don’t find the time to thank those who have helped make my life easier. However, I think I must now stop and do just that. Although everyone with whom I have dealt with at your company has always, to the person, been cooperative and friendly. I would like to express my thanks to your employee Andy. As you know Andy was the Disc Jockey for our float (Rockin Channel Rats) at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Saturday, March 11, 2006. Although Andy’s day started off bad with his car breaking down, he was a trooper. He left his car and his belongings on the side of the Interstate-10, he insisted the “show must go on.” Unfortunately, there were unusual situations that occurred and Andy had several speed bumps to contend with along the way however, he never let that get in his way of his commitment to keep us jamming along the route! With all this he was always pleasant and helpful. This clearly demonstrates his high level of professionalism. The music was fantastic and Andy’s enthusiasm was second to none. Whenever I have had the occasion to book Rock-it Productions for our school dances, I have always been impressed by the amount of professionalism exhibited by DJs. Not only are my phone calls returned promptly, but John is always true to his word, he follows through, and thankfully, no one has ever been late to set up! It is rare to have such professionalism and courtesy. Recently, ACS has had the good fortune to have John come, but in the past Steve (no last name, sorry) has helped us out as well. They are always enthusiastic, organized, helpful, and very polite. My students also love them because they play a wide variety of music and get involved with the crowd- a difficult proposition with Junior High kids! I just wanted to let you guys know how happy we were with your services at our son's 12 year old birtday dance. The guys were so great with this age group! It was most of the kids' first dance, and they were a little reluctant to get into it. Thanks to your DJs the party was a tremendous success! The videos and big screen helped as well, as they had something to focus on besides themselves, however they did enjoy seeing themselves on screen. We chose Rock-It-Productions to D.J. our daughters wedding reception in March and I would like to say it was fantastic! We had a great D.J. , he was very accommodating to what we wanted. He played the appropriate music as needed. We also had Karaoke and enjoyed it. Everyone had a great time and we still get comments from young and "old" about how much fun they had. We would definitely choose Rock-It-Productions again if the occasion occurs and have highly recommended their services to others since our event. Thanks!! Everything went extremely well. High School dances are measured by the number of students who are there when the party's over. Using this as a gauge, I'd say that our Military Ball was a great success. I estimate that about 80% of the cadets in attendance stayed until we ran them out. That's a direct reflection on the DJ.
